specialized consultation in ERP, I-CBT, and ACT for OCD and anxiety treatment

helping therapists navigate ocd cases with confidence and clarity

Working with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) can be both rewarding and challenging. Many clinicians find themselves encountering cases that feel more complex than expected, particularly when OCD presents with subtle compulsions, mental rituals, reassurance-seeking, or themes that fall outside of common stereotypes.

I offer clinical consultation for licensed therapists working with OCD and anxiety disorders who are seeking support with assessment, case conceptualization, and evidence-based treatment planning.

Who I Consult With

  • Licensed therapists seeking greater confidence treating OCD

  • Clinicians implementing ERP for the first time

  • Therapists interested in integrating I-CBT into OCD treatment

  • Experienced clinicians working with complex or treatment-resistant OCD presentations

  • Anxiety specialists looking to deepen their OCD treatment skills

  • Clinicians seeking ongoing case consultation and professional development

Areas of Consultation

Common consultation topics include:

  • OCD assessment and differential diagnosis

  • Case conceptualization

  • ERP treatment planning and exposure development

  • Identifying and addressing mental compulsions

  • Reassurance-seeking and treatment-interfering behaviors

  • Difficult-to-treat or "stuck" OCD presentations

  • Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT) concepts and application

  • ACT-informed approaches for OCD and anxiety

  • Integrating multiple evidence-based approaches in complex cases

Whether you are new to treating OCD or looking for additional support with a specific case, consultation is tailored to your goals and level of experience.

My Approach

My consultation style is collaborative, practical, and grounded in evidence-based treatment. I aim to provide a supportive space where clinicians can strengthen their confidence, refine case conceptualization skills, and develop effective interventions for clients experiencing OCD and anxiety disorders. My consultation approach integrates Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), allowing clinicians to develop flexible treatment plans for complex OCD presentations.
